Thunderstorms dumped up to four inches of rain on General Washington Memorial Boulevard in Washington Crossing and the surrounding region on Saturday around 5:30 p.m., according to Fox 29.
The flood swamped occupied vehicles at a nearby river.
Officials verified that four individuals were killed and four were missing, with workers working through the night to find the missing.
